Send us a short note about who you'd like to introduce. Just enough to let us know who they are and why they came to mind.

When an introduction leads to a placement or new engagement, we follow up personally, with a thank-you that reflects the role your referral played.

Cash paid to you, or a donation made in your name to a charity of your choosing.
CLIENT REFERRALS
Paid once a new position is filled with the client you introduced.
For every new candidate placed in a full-time role, or every new client you refer, Swiss Premier will thank you with a cash reward, or if you prefer, a donation to a charity of your choice.
Cash rewards are paid after a candidate has remained in their new role through a 90-day probationary period. A new candidate has not been in contact with Swiss Premier within the last six months.

Your note doesn't need to be long. Three things help us handle the introduction well:
Who you're introducing — name, role, and a sentence on their background.
A sentence on why they came to mind — what made you think of them.
Whether they know you're reaching out, or if we should approach them fresh.
The trust behind a referral isn't lost on us. We treat every introduction with the discretion and care your name deserves.
